General inquiries


How far in advance should i place my order?

All orders are secured on a first come, first serve basis at the time of payments/deposits received. The average booking takes place up to 1 month in advance so it is safer to book as soon as you have a date secured. Any orders made less than 1 week from the pick up date are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Please fill out the Order Inquiry form with your event information or email info@tccbshoppe.com to check for availability.

Do you offer shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time either nationally or internationally.

Do i require a deposit to secure my order?

Wedding cakes require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance for you order is due 1 month prior to the event.

For all other orders we require a deposit of 50% of any order over $150 to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at a minimum of 72 hours prior to the pick up date.

what forms of method of payment do you take?

At this time we are accepting e-transfers made to info@tccbshoppe.com. Please ensure to leave your contact email and order information in the message of any e-transfers sent. PayPal payments via www.tccbshoppe.com checkout option are available for special orders only. Detailed instructions will be given for these orders.

*Due to Covid-19 we are not currently accepting cash payments to limit the interaction during all scheduled curbside pickups.

cancelation and refund policy

Any cancellations requested over 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date are subject to a loss of any deposits made.

There are no refunds on cancelled orders requested within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date.

Once any order is picked up or delivered, we can not be held responsible for any accidents that may happen with your order along the way and do not offer refunds in these events. However, we are still human and care out our customers and our products. We understand that accidents happen, please reach out to us if (knocks on wood) this should happen so we can try to assist and assess the damage made.

Baked goods

Do you offer a range of dietary friendly options?

We are able to make most of our desserts gluten friendly and dairy friendly upon request. Vegan options are also available for specific items. Please note that we are not a nut free, gluten free or dairy free facility. While we may not bake with nuts/gluten/dairy for your specified orders, there are nuts/gluten/dairy on the premises.

does my cake need to be refrigerated?

Yes, it does if you are picking up your cake more than 3 hours prior to the event. Your cake will be refrigerated prior to you picking it up for ease of transport as well. Please allow your cake to sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving. Do not store or display in a hot area or in direct sun. For more information on storing and displaying your cake for your event, please contact us at info@tccbshoppe.com for suitable options.

DO you offer cake tastings?

We offer cake tastings for Weddings only. The fee for the cake tasting starts at $60 which can be put toward your wedding cake total upon booking. Flavours for tastings can be discussed during initial consultation.
*Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a tasting box will be created for pick up.
